Welcome to the HealthMary App. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern your experience while using our Services.
By accessing this platform, registering an account, registering for events, purchasing products, or using any of our Services, you (“you”, “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from creating a HealthMary account or using our Services.

AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
HealthMary Ltd (“HealthMary”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England.

the HealthMary mobile application (“App”),
Unseen & Unheard Webinars,
HealthMary On Air (live radio show and podcast),
The HealthMary Shop,
and any other related services that refer or link to these Terms (together, the “Services”).
This is a legally binding agreement. By using our Services, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
IMPORTANT MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
HealthMary is not an emergency service.
Our App, webinars, radio broadcasts, podcasts, and shop products do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing urgent symptoms, contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services immediately.
1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:
“HealthMary”
Refers to HealthMary Ltd, including its mobile application, website, and all related services operated by the company.
“App”
Refers to the HealthMary mobile application and any associated digital platforms.
“Services”
Refers to all services provided by HealthMary, including but not limited to the App, Unseen & Unheard Webinars, HealthMary On Air (radio show and podcast), The HealthMary Shop, and any related offerings.
“User”
Refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses any part of the Services.
“Specialist” or “Health Specialist”
Refers to any professional or individual providing health, wellbeing, therapeutic, or lifestyle-related services, advice, or content through the HealthMary platform.
“Content”
Refers to all text, images, audio, video, broadcasts, podcasts, webinars, written materials, and other information made available through the Services, whether provided by HealthMary, Specialists, or Users.
“Female Health Concerns”
Refers to health topics and experiences commonly associated with female biology or the health needs of individuals who identify as female, including but not limited to reproductive health, hormonal health, and gender-specific wellbeing.
“Identifies as Female”
Refers to any individual who self-identifies as female, regardless of sex assigned at birth.
“Non-Binary”
Refers to individuals who do not exclusively identify as male or female.
“Gender-Nonconforming”
Refers to individuals whose gender expression differs from societal expectations associated with the gender assigned at birth.
“Inclusivity”
Refers to HealthMary’s commitment to creating an environment that is welcoming, respectful, and accessible to individuals of all backgrounds.
“Commitment to Diversity”
Refers to HealthMary’s ongoing dedication to supporting a diverse community of Users and Specialists.
2. LICENCE
We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights in the App, Services, Content, branding, software, audio, video, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to HealthMary and protected under English and international law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
4. CONTENT
4.1 User & Specialist Content
You may post or access Content on the App. You are solely responsible for any Content you post.
By posting Content, you:
warrant you have all necessary rights to do so;
grant HealthMary a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the Content;
consent to acts that may otherwise infringe moral rights, where legally permitted.
4.2 Content Disclaimers
Content provided through the Services is general in nature and may not address individual needs.
HealthMary disclaims liability for decisions or actions taken based on Content provided by Specialists, Users, or guests.
4.3 Content Sharing
Once Content is shared outside the HealthMary platform, HealthMary has no control over its use or distribution by third parties.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You must not:
infringe intellectual property rights;
post unlawful, harmful, misleading, or offensive content;
harass, threaten, or discriminate against others;
interfere with the App’s operation or security;
scrape data or reverse engineer the platform.
HealthMary reserves the right to remove Content and suspend or terminate access.
6. ACCESSIBILITY & AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
HealthMary is not responsible for:
technical failures,
viruses or malware,
delays, interruptions, or discontinuance of Services.
7. USER CONSIDERATIONS
Information about Specialists is provided directly by them.
HealthMary does not:
guarantee ongoing qualifications or registrations,
endorse individual Specialists,
accept liability for Specialist advice or services.
Users are responsible for their own due diligence.
8. SPECIALISTS & USERS RESPONSIBILITIES
Users and Specialists are responsible for:
maintaining accurate information,
safeguarding login credentials,
protecting their devices and data.
HealthMary is not liable for loss or damage to data or devices.
9. UNSEEN & UNHEARD WEBINARS
Live online events hosted by HealthMary.
Free to attend.
Advance registration via the HealthMary website is required.
Access details are provided prior to the event.
Content is informational only and not medical advice.
Recordings, if shared, are discretionary.
10. HEALTHMARY ON AIR (RADIO SHOW & PODCAST)
HealthMary On Air is:
a live radio show broadcast on Cinque Port Radio;
later distributed as a podcast on platforms such as Spotify.
HealthMary is not responsible for:
opinions expressed by hosts or guests;
broadcast interruptions or third-party platform availability;
reliance on information shared during broadcasts.
11. THE HEALTHMARY SHOP
11.1 Products
Physical merchandise (clothing & apparel, lifestyle items), gifts, and gift cards.
11.2 Fulfilment
Orders are fulfilled directly by HealthMary. Delivery times are estimates.
11.3 Refunds
Refunds may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to UK consumer law. Items must be unused and in original condition.
11.4 Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
12. CONTENT & CONDUCT
Your conduct must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
HealthMary may remove Content or terminate accounts for breaches.
13. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
14. COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints should be directed to contact@healthmary.co.uk.
We aim to resolve disputes internally. Where unresolved, mediation or arbitration may be pursued.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
