Immersive Showcase- Night of Storytelling

On stage with Sophie Soyza-Montague, the showcase will feature a series of heartfelt conversations from our Headliners, taking us into a space of shared vulnerability.

"We have spent decades treating women’s health as a series of boxes to be checked," says Dr Chinwe, HealthMary’s CEO/Founder. "This night is about going beyond those boxes. When we acknowledge that a woman's health is inseparable from her personal story, her career, and her family, we finally start seeing the outcomes we deserve."

Dr. Anna | Preventive & Gut Health | Founder, Digest Club London

Dr Anna works with high performing clients, helping her patients formulate practical strategies to achieve their goals. She believes that preventive health strategies should compliment traditional medical approaches.

“Medicine should empower you, not overwhelm you,” Anna says “My work bridges science and self-awareness: so you can feel well, not just ‘do’ wellness”. Her practice provides evidence-based, fully personalised care—from deep-dive assessments to ongoing health strategies. It’s a clinically grounded roadmap to feeling better!

Dr. Laura Wood | Lifestyle & Menopause GP | Co-Founder Mews Medical Clinics

Practicing out of Kensington and Marylebone, Dr. Laura is a known for her holistic approach to women’s health and menopause care. Her approach at Mews Medical integrates lifestyle and preventive interventions to optimise health in midlife and beyond.

“I’ve seen first-hand how hormonal change, chronic stress, poor sleep, and relentless responsibility collide in midlife — and how easily women’s symptoms are dismissed or fragmented across multiple appointments", Dr Laura says “My work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine and behaviour change. I combine evidence-based menopause care with coaching to help women”

Michelle Knight | Consultant Midwife | Author

In a recent excerpt, Michelle said “As a midwife educator, researcher, and consultant, I channel my wisdom and skills to empower women—helping them navigate their own journeys with confidence…my focus is to uplift, inspire, and create lasting impact.”

Sam Sadighi | Holistic Sleep Therapist

Driven by her personal journey as a mother to a toddler who struggled with sleep, Sam founded her practice, Easy Sleep Solutions, on a "whole family" philosophy. She herself struggled with sleep in her teens and thirties.

With that experience she now works with babies, children, teens and adults, using real-world understanding to offer personalised, evidence-based sleep coaching.

Sam says, “I understand the frustration and the desperation that come with poor sleep, and I bring empathy, clarity, and evidence-based easy solutions to every client I work with. I believe that sleep is a fundamental right, not a luxury”

No country can ever truly flourish if it stifles the potential of its women and deprives itself of the contributions of half its citizens
