Louise Hayes

Chartered Physiotherapist Louise Hayes, owner of the Holcombe Health Clinic in Rochester, Kent, is proud to be an Ambassador for the HealthMary app. Recently interviewed, together with HealthMary’s Founder and CEO, Dr Chinwe Ude, on Kent’s Business Bunker show on Channel Radio, Louise is a leader in sports specific physiotherapy, working at the annual Wimbledon Championships, for the WTA at international tournaments, the Ladies European Golf Tour and the Professional Jockey Association, based predominantly at Chelmsford and Newmarket racecourses. During that interview, Louise was delighted to hear Chinwe say, “Lou’s clinic is amazing!”

With a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, Louise is a APPI Pilates instructor, Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, an Acupuncturist, and she has completed Dr Wendy Sweet’s CPD accredited training as a Menopause Specialist. As the Holcombe Health Clinic website says, “Lou has many years’ experience fixing professional athletes in the world of tennis, golf, horse-racing, triathlon, athletics, football and hockey. Most client reviews include the words ‘magic hands’ and Lou has a passion for making bodies function at their best. Her friendly, kind and caring manner puts you at ease during any treatment and you will feel relaxed and well informed in her safe hands. Outside of working hours, Lou has a huge sense of adventure and zest for life – her boundless energy is exhausting to think about! She loves cycling, skiing, travelling, good food, a drop of red wine and a good belly laugh (most of which are provided by Lou herself)!”

Louise is excited to be an Ambassador for and service provider on the HealthMary app, particularly with its message to women to feel ‘Beautiful, Proud, and Worthy’. She says, “People can book my time on the app, and I work alongside several more female experts in my Wellbeing Clinic covering several different aspects of women’s health and wellness, from nutrition to Pilates, yoga and baby yoga. I am passionate about menopause, which is, together with puberty, the two bookends of women’s lives. Being able to support and guide women in the HealthMary community towards being the best version of themselves at these times, and in between, is something I love. The app is helping women, sometimes through the men in their lives, to find guidance and professionals to help them address their health problems, which is much-needed. Do find me on the HealthMary app!”
